Appalachian Branch
The Appalachian Branch of the Clan MacMillan was founded about 26 years ago. It includes those MacMillan’s and Septs living in the South Eastern United States. Their ancestors left Scotland at various intervals over the past three hundred years. Some were driven from our homeland because of a political belief unacceptable to the English, Others to seek their fortunes in the “new world,” and many for a host of different reasons. But here they discovered that although separated from their homeland their blood ran thicker than water. We found each other and the family of the Appalachian Branch was conceived.
